How we rebuilt daily operations around AI.
The client ran a distribution network across four countries on a mix of spreadsheets, an ageing ERP and a lot of phone calls. We connected those systems into one data layer, added demand forecasting and automated the routine decisions — replenishment, routing, exception alerts. Within two quarters manual planning work dropped by roughly 60%, and stock-outs on top-selling items became rare instead of weekly.
Machine learning, natural language processing and real-time data processing carry the load, but the point was never the technology. The point was that planners now spend their day on decisions instead of copying rows between files — and the system keeps learning as the business changes.
Project requirement
The brief was blunt: cut manual planning work, stop the stock-outs, and give management one honest view of operations across all four countries — without replacing the systems the company had just paid for.

- AI-Powered Decision Support.
Solution and result
We delivered a forecasting engine trained on three years of the client's own history, a rules-and-ML layer that reorders automatically inside agreed limits, and a control room dashboard for the exceptions. Predictive alerts flag a supply disruption days before it reaches the warehouse, and resources are allocated against demand rather than habit.
Managers now react to a warning rather than to a complaint: downtime and operational costs fell measurably in the first six months. Because the models retrain on fresh data, the system keeps pace with the business instead of ageing into another legacy tool.
